I would like to ask you some questions to help you decide whether online counselling is right for you.

Pay for Counselling or Coaching sessions
Payments are completed using PayPal, a secure online third party. No credit card details are released to Family Help Online. Once you have completed payment through PayPal, return to step 3 to set up your PrivacEmail account. We will be notified of your request and payment. We will await receipt of your first email.
In response to demand, an introductory 20-minute session is now available for first time clients. The session is available for only $15.95. This will give first time users an easy and low cost way to experience online counselling. You will be able to go through the set up process, get a better sense of how online service works and decide if it 'feels' like a good right for you. The introductory rate includes a paid privacemail account which is held for 14 days.
STEP 3
Set-up your PrivacEmail account
You must register to begin online counselling by setting up a PrivacEmail account so that we will have a secure means of correspondence.
It will take a few minutes to set up your account. Once it is set up, you can send your first email exchange. The more information you provide in this email....the more we can do....right from the start!!
